of I. S. 304 grade, 16 s.w.g. Bulge - Resistant Salem
Stainless Steel sheets, a Tank is fabricated in a PLAIN
design with embossed Borders and a Front Panel concealing
Gas Assembly. Heavy Duty Handles (2 In front and 2 in
rear) are provided for Easy Mobility. 4 heavy-duty Swivel
Polymer Wheels (2 With Breaks as Option) are provided
at the bottom making the unit Mobile. Suitable Baked/Unbaked
Tandoor is installed in the Tank with the help of Thermal
Insulation Blankets, Rock Salt and Mineral Wool. The top
surface is again insulated with Thermal Blankets and covered
with removable type Stainless Steel top with an inbuilt
Steel Container Bowl for storage of Oil, Butter, etc.
etc. The Mouth of the Tandoor is lined with Stone Chips
/ Stainless Steel Border. A Temperature Indicator is provided
to maintain the running temperature of the Oven.
LPG
/ NATURAL / PROPANE / BUTANE Gas Burner is fixed at the
base of the Oven along with its respective Pilot for Auto
Ignition. Control Valves on the front Panel are provided
to Control Gas Intensity. 8mm thick Perforated M.S. Baffle
Plates with Stand are placed on the burners.The Baffle
Plates are designed in a manner to hold Lava Stones on
it. This enables the flame to directly hit the stones
through perforation and generate authentic clay Flavor
inside the oven. The Baffle Plates also helps in deflecting
heat evenly inside the Clay Oven. The operator does not
view the Flame directly and he is safe enough to operate.
A flexible 8-ft. S.S. pipe is provided with a Pressure
Regulator to control the Pressure of the flame and a Nozzle
to attach it to nearby Gas Bank.
